General terms regarding shipping and delivery of products and services
For Athens
- - For purchases of any product under € 300, the shipping cost is € 2 , except in inaccessible areas where there is an additional charge.
- - For purchases of any products of € 300 and over, shipping is free .
- - You can also pick up your orders from our branch ( 49 Salaminos Avenue, Keratsini Post Code: 18756 ), without any shipping costs. In this case, you must first make sure that your order is ready by calling us at 2104628117 .
If you register a mobile phone when submitting your order, you will also receive an SMS informing you that your order is in our branch.
For the rest of Greece
- - For the areas not covered by the store in Athens, there are 2 ways to send: by courier (1-2 working days) or by transport agency (1-2 working days and pick up from an agency headquarters). Shipping costs are borne by the recipient.
- - Shipping costs by courier will be € 5.50 up to 2 kg and € 7 for parcels up to 8 kg. For each additional kilo the charge is 1.5 €.
- - In some remote areas courier delivery is still not possible. In such cases the shipment is made by mail.
- - For the heavy items you want us to send you, it is advantageous to send with a transport agency. The charge in this case is calculated for each parcel depending on the agency and the volume of the parcel, while unfortunately the cash on delivery is not accepted. The amount of the order (excluding shipping costs, which will be paid to the agency at the time of receipt) must be deposited in our bank account at one of the contracted banks.

Rules for the Carriage and Delivery of Goods
- - The item is delivered to the ground floor of the customer's residence without the obligation to transport it to the floor and the customer is obliged to pick it up at this place and by his own means to bring it to its destination.
- - The risk from the sale in the case of the transfer with an authorized third party carrier, passes to the buyer at the time of delivery of the goods sold by the carrier. The customer will be informed about the assignment of the transfer to a cooperating carrier when submitting his order, followed by a direct written consultation (by e-mail) which can be confirmed by telephone if necessary.
- - The company reserves the right to modify the shipping methods, terms and prices at will and without prior notice obliged to inform its prospective customers of these changes by reviewing these terms of use of the online store.
- - In any case, the receipt is made by the person mentioned in the order as the recipient by presenting his / her police ID or passport or in general a public document suitable for the proof of identity.
Cancellation of order from the store
In case the customer does not come to the store to collect the items sold (ie, receipt of items and payment of the price) during 6 working days days, then the order is automatically canceled, subject to the dissolution of the above deadline by the customer fulfilling his obligations. Extension of the deadline is possible only for reasons of force majeure, provided that they are notified in time by the customer and confirmed in writing
